To speak from the heart
means to spread
sweetness around.
When speaking to others we usually speak from our head, or intellect. Words spoken from the head rarely touch the hearts of others. This means they don't create any impact and are soon forgotten. The solution lies in touching the hearts of others when we speak or do that and to speak with our heart as well as our head and fill words with love. When we communicate with others and our words spread sweetness around.
