"To recognize truth is to experience sweetness."
Contemplation
when something negative happens that negativity tends to color our thinking. We do not see the situation clearly, and may overlook positive aspects hidden beneath the bad things.
Application
To recognize the truth is to enable beauty to emerge from every word and action. Truth allows me to appreciate my innate nature. In turn, this helps me to bring sweetness to everything I do however difficult or challenging the situation might be.
