Contemplation
Being extroverted leads to wasteful thoughts - they become attached to things that can never bring us happiness. Possessions will inevitably break and even friendships may break down, leading to sadness and regret.
Application
The only way to real happiness and a sense of liberation is in looking for happiness, peace and power within. All this sweetness, which I have been looking for outside myself all these years is in fact inside - and today I will start looking for it.
