Problems seem like huge burdens when they are on top of us, and overwhelm our ability to act and move forward.
Application
If I think of myself as like a bird in the air, I can swoop up above my problems and look down on them. They might still be down there, but up here I am free. Having a mind this flexible is the solution to all problems.
