Contemplation
Each day we begin with an expectation that everything should go smoothly. We don't really want anything to go wrong, and if it does, we are attacked with a storm of negative thoughts, Such thoughts can stop us from enjoying the rest the day.
Application
I need to understand that the drama of life is beautiful. Each day is different and has something special to offer me. When I learn to appreciate that each day is unique, I am able to enjoy whatever comes my way.
