Contemplation
In negative situations, we tend to search for happiness outside ourselves. We either try to find a temporary source of happiness to take our mind off a problem, or we try to move away from that situation. Neither approach helps us to solve the problem.
Application
To find true happiness, I need to find what really nourishes my spirit and gives me life. When I find my inner source of happiness, it will remain stable and unchanging even in the most chaotic conditions.
