"To receive help, we must first have courage."

Contemplation

When we become involved in something difficult, we often look for help from people even before we have started.  If the help we seek does not arrive immediately, we tend to get disheartened and maybe even give up trying altogether.

Application

Before I can receive help from others, I need to have the courage to help myself.  When I take the first step toward my goal, I will find that others come forward to help me.  I will never need to ask for help, but will find that it comes automatically, often in an unexpected way.
