"To be happy is to spread rays of happiness throughout the world."
Contemplation
When we are truly happy we embody happiness in such a way that our happiness spreads out like rays of sunshine throughout the world, helping other to experience a little of our bliss.
Application
I must not just speak of happiness, I must experience it. Then I will embody it in a way that transfers to others and transforms their lives, too.
