"The one who has faith is the one who is always happy."
Contemplation
when we have faith happiness is visible in everything we do. Whatever obstacles come our way, faith gives us the confidence to overcome them. We are able to stay constantly happy because with faith we see things clearly and do not lose heart.
Application
In any task I take up, I need to keep telling myself that I will succeed, whatever difficulties I must face. This constant reminder gives me the faith to go on with happiness.
