Contemplation
We experience a lack of peace when we become aware of others' weaknesses. Once we have noticed someone's weaknesses, we find it difficult to ignore them. We know that we can do nothing to change others. Whatever is out of our control creates stress.
Application
Trying to focus on other people's talents and positive traits helps free me from seeing only their weaknesses, The more I connect with others and appreciate their unique gifts and talents, the more able I am to help them develop. In this way, I create a positive environment for everyone's personal growth.
