Value : Independence
"True help involves giving support in such a way that people become independent."
Contemplation
It is natural to want support from others. But sometimes our good intentions go away. By giving people too much help, we actually make them dependent on us and prevent them from learning on their own.
Application
I must remind myself that my aim in helping others is to make them independent and strong so that they are able to support others, too. My help should never make people weak.
