Value : Change
"Change is necessary for growth."
Contemplation
We usually recognize when we need to bring about change in ourselves - we tend to feel a strong desire to change. But it is much more difficult to turn this understanding and desire into practical action.
Application
As soon as I understand that I need to change, I have to work at bringing that change about. I need to tell myself that there is no better time than now.
