Contemplation
We pay special attention to make sure our actions reflect our best self. We also think about the words we use. But we hardly ever focus on our thoughts. When certain thoughts become repetitive they gain a hold over us.
Application
It is important for me to get into the habit of having positive thoughts. When my thoughts are positive, they become powerful. Each thought becomes a treasure from which I can draw power. My words and actions naturally become more powerful too.
