Value : Enthusiasm
"To be enthusiastic is to be free."
Contemplation
When everything is going well, it's easy to be enthusiastic and interested in moving forward. But when even a little thing goes wrong, we tend to lose all enthusiasm to do anything. This makes us feel tied down and then it becomes difficult or even impossible to put in enough effort to move forward.
Application
A caged bird has the ability to fly, bu is unable to spread its wings and soar. I need to remind myself that being enthusiastic in all situations is like being a free bird reaching great heights. When I can experience this inner freedom and appreciate the joy it brings, I will be able to sustain it even when things go wrong.
