Contemplation
True courage comes when we acknowledge the power of truth within. If we are constantly truthful, we will have nothing to fear. The power of truth will give us the courage to meet the challenges we face everyday.
Application
I must make sure that my actions are based on truth. Then if things go wrong, I will be able to maintain courage. If I keep reminding myself that I have the power of truth within me, I will be able to overcome whatever challenges come my way.
