Contemplation
Sometime if can be difficult to let others know how we feel. We use lots of words, but often find we haven't actually said much, or the other person hasn't understood our message. Then there is a tendency to use more words, which can make the situation worse, sometimes hurting others' feelings.
Application
If will try to use words accurately, then nothing more needs to be said. A few well-chosen words are sweet to hear, and do not hurt others. When my words are to the point, I feel light and free.
