"To be content is neither to get upset nor to upset others."
Contemplation
Sometimes we find that our words, actions or behavior upset others, even though this wasn't our intention. At the time it may be difficult to understand why others have become upset, and we may feel that they are being unreasonable.
Application
When others get upset with me, I need to reflect upon what I have done or said to try and work out why. I need to be aware of the effect I have on others and make an effort ot change. This will bring about true contentment.
