Contemplation
When something difficult has to be done, we sometimes feel bad about the task. If we see it in a negative light, we can no longer love it. The task seems even more difficult, and this makes it hard to make the effort we need to help us succeed.
Application
When I approach things with love, I find ways and means to accomplish what I set out to do. No task seems heavy or difficult. Love also draws good wishes and help from those around me. Then every task becomes easy to accomplish.
