The position of your mind is visible in the way you pose your face. Some children carry a burden and become heavy with it. Sometimes, because of the sanskar of thinking too much, they feel bigger than they could have imagined. Sometimes, because of being disheartened, they see themselves as being very small. So, look at your poses as a detached observer and stabilise your mind in its most elevated position. Stop all your different poses and you will then be called an easy yogi.
