Contemplation
From every situation we absorb important lessons. But sometimes we find ourselves making the same mistakes again and again. Although we have understood the lesson, we are unable to bring about real change.
Application
Once I realize and learn from a mistake, I need to spend time mulling it over. I need to ensure I don't ever repeat the mistake. This will help me bring about real change.
