"Humility equips people to realize their mistakes and correct themselves."

Real humility reflects a truth that doesn't need to be expressed in words. The power of our inner state of being will make the other person realize the error of their ways.
Application
When I direct or question someone, I need to be aware of my attitude and remind myself of the humility within - only then should I say what I have to say. When inspired by humility, my words willl be for the other person's benefit and will enable him or her to learn.
